June 14 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

$45 - $59

Based on a recent survey of Waterloo-Wellington charities and not-for-profit organizations, Don McDermott and other associates from BoardSupport.ca will describe current trends and examples of how your organization will be successful in the future.

In a two part series using discussion and case studies, and allowing plenty of time for questions and examples, they will talk about:

Session 1 (May 10):

  • Best board practices for Strategic Planning
  • What is Enterprise Risk and how do we include this process in our operations?
  • Is Partnering right for our organization?

Session 2 (June 14):

  • How do we know if we are achieving our Mission?
  • What is Social Enterprise and will it work for us?
  • Are we ready for a Public Relations campaign?

Note: In order to attend both workshops, each participant will require to sign up for each part separately. Thank you.
