Creating a Culture of Engagement at Your Organization

Try out the first workshop from our popular Shifting to Engagement series. It is recommended for anyone who works with volunteers, novice or expert, and is $35.

In this training we will discuss the notion of volunteer engagement versus volunteer management, and explore strategies that will help you facilitate this shift throughout your organization. Specifically we will look at:

  • The role of a volunteer manager in building community
  • Connecting and articulating the work of volunteers to the mission
  • Adopting an attitude of continuous improvement
  • Mapping out the steps to achieving your dream volunteer engagement strategy

This workshop will be beneficial for anyone who feels ‘stuck in the weeds’ and is looking for a fresh perspective on their daily management tasks and – more importantly – their vital role as a manager or supervisor of volunteers.

Please Note: Creating a Culture of Engagement at Your Organization is the first lesson in the Shifting to Engagement series.
